Built from the Bolton yard's real inventory and Ontario limestone coverage tables — not a substitute for a quote. Thickness, joint width and the pallet we load will move the number.

Armour stone

Sold as
Piece or ton (Kijiji has listed pieces from $299)
Coverage
A typical 2×2×3 ft block is about 1 ton. Face coverage is roughly 4–8 sq ft per ton depending on quarry.
Ontario winter
Excellent if the footer drains. Ontario freeze-thaw fails wet, undrained bases — not the stone.
Yard tip
Ask for mixed heights if you want a natural wall. Guillotined pieces stack flatter and faster.

Rough numbers for a first call — the yard will still walk it with you.

Quoted by the piece

Armour stone isn't a square-foot product. Bring length and height — the yard will count blocks with you.
